The first step in having a successful meeting is making
sure all of your guests arrive at the selected location
safely and on-time. We work closely with the meeting
planner to ensure that we have accurate flight details
for all guests that are arriving by air. Through our
managed flight tracking system, we are able to
coordinate our team members to ensure that each guest
has a vehicle waiting upon arrival, even in the event of
a flight delay.
Conventions & Conferences
Meetings and conventions bring people together for a
common purpose, and meeting and convention planners work
to ensure that this purpose is achieved seamlessly. We
specialize in the planning and organization of local
movements of large groups.
